Refund & Replacement Policy

At Sharks Fish and Chicken – South Holland, we value our customers and want every meal to meet your expectations.

If there’s a problem with your order:

  1. Keep the food whenever possible. Please save the item and bring it back to the restaurant so our team can review the issue.

  2. If you cannot return the food right away, please take a clear picture of it and contact us as soon as possible.

  3. Replacement Policy: Once verified, we will gladly prepare a replacement meal of equal value at no additional cost.

  4. Refunds: In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at the manager’s discretion.

  5. Time Frame: All refund or replacement requests must be made on the same day of purchase.

Important Notes:

  • We do not issue refunds or replacements for food that has been mostly consumed.

  • Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

  • Management reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the above conditions.
